How can I get the receipt?

According to Law 54-FZ, all vending machines must fiscalize sales and transmit data to the tax office in digital form. In this case, the issuance of a cash register receipt on paper to the buyer is not provided. Please scan the QR code on the lensomat screen right after purchasing to receive an electronic receipt. To receive an electronic receipt for a previously made purchase, please leave a request by calling the support service or write us via WhatsApp. The receipt will be sent to you on behalf of an authorized fiscal data operator.

How can I get product's quality documents?

The quality of all products is confirmed according to the norms of the Russian Federation. All products have registration certificates for medical products and conformity certificates.
